Today's panini

So, I've been on a panini kick. I'm trying out lots of different sandwiches and slapping them on the panini maker.
Here's today's lunch:

Mesquite Turkey Breast
Swiss Cheese
Brown tomato slices
Two strips bacon
Pesto sauce
