Panini perfection

I've gotten so hooked on paninis as of late, that I really have a hard time eating a cold sandwich anymore. Just not the same if the bread isn't warm and toasty and the cheese isn't melted. Here's a recent sandwich that was just grand:

Italian Bread
Black Pepper Turkey Breast
Swiss Cheese
Thinly-Sliced Eggplant
Italian Seasoning
