Avocado and Tomato Burger with Aoili on Pretzel Roll

I am a huge fan of Labriola Bakery products. One of my very favorites are the pretzel rolls. They are hard to find, but I've been lucky to find them two weeks in a row at Jansma's Fruit Stand in Lansing on Ridge Road. They make awesome burger buns.

Here I used them for a hamburger patty covered in melted Havarti with avocado and tomato. I whipped together a quick aoli, which was quite yummy.

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Dash of freshly ground pepper

It was enough for two sandwiches.
