Celebrate Rosh Hashanah with Chef Martial at Bistronomic

Executive Chef/Owner Martial Noguier's chic Gold Coast bistro will offer a celebratory three-course Rosh Hashanah Menu from Wednesday, September 24 through Friday, September 26th, 2014 beginning at 5 p.m. each evening. The menu honoring the Jewish New Year incorporates Chef Martial's signature seasonal and local flavors combined with classic holiday favorites, such as apples and honey. Menu highlights include the Organic Barley Duck Confit Risotto, Prime Beef Short Ribs, and the Fig and Honey Financier. Vegetarian options are offered for each course.

The price for the three-course option is $40, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Or, guests may order dishes on an à la carte basis (individual prices are noted).

Guests are invited to select one dish from each course for the prix fixe option. Reservations are recommended and are available at (312) 944-8400.

Bistronomic is open for lunch Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Weekend brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner hours are Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations are available through OpenTable.com and are strongly recommended.
